Supplier tariff proposal — WowMiles project
I integrate all the categories indicated and the recommended additional ones into the project. The fees are annual, in euros and excluding VAT; the commissions are total and include the budget for WowMiles prizes. Percentages apply to tracked and completed reservations or sales, net of cancellations, refunds and reversals.

¹ For tourist entities and DMOs, the commission applies only to sales or traceable commercial campaigns; alternatively, it is possible to provide a sponsorship at a fixed fee.

Annual fees include the presence in the catalog, access to the network of agencies, commercial promotion and basic reporting. For chains, airlines, bedbanks and international groups, the price may vary based on national markets, number of facilities and integrations required. Dedicated campaigns and custom integrations can be quoted separately.
Free categories
In the WowMiles/CiaoPass project, the basic presence is free for individual tourist guides, to enrich the local offer and make the catalog more useful. Featured promotions and sponsored campaigns remain paid.
Free insertion, only if it does not require commercial management or integrations, also for:
- Tourist bodies and DMO, with a non-commercial information sheet.
- Small local associations and selected non-profit cultural projects.
- Pilot suppliers, for a limited introductory period and agreed with Limited DISCOUNT CODE
Commissions on sales or tracked reservations may remain applicable even without an annual fee.
For hotels, transport, tour operators, attractions and large operators we offer a free basic package with limited visibility, leaving extended distribution, campaigns, advanced reporting and personalized integrations for a fee.
